Maybank is an early 1980’s built bungalow on the North West bank of the Caledonian Canal located at the end of a tarmacadamed private access road. The property is double glazed throughout and heated via gas central heating with the lounge supplemented by an open fire with the ability to burn coal, logs and peat.  


Is a large well appointed area with plenty of fitted units and work surfaces. Small dining table with sitting for 4 persons, ideal for breakfasting and casual lunches. Dishwasher provided to ensure guests are not tied to the kitchen sink, though the view from the sink does mean even this is not a chore.

Has table with sitting for 8 persons. This room leads through double French windows to the Sun Lounge, the room most guests want to live in and not leave at the end of the holiday. The sun lounge has all round views of the Canal with outstanding views to Nevis Range including the north face of Ben Nevis, Carn Mòr Dearg and Aonach Mòr. Telescope provided to spot the climbers on the Ben or skiers on Aonach Mòr.


With good views to Nevis Range of mountains and a large sliding patio door for access to the garden.

Pets are welcome with prior permission.

The property is no smoking, though we do provide a bin for smoking outside.

High chair, cot and fire guard available on request.
